**Terms and Conditions for Photo/Video Services**

 

1. **Scope of Work:** The scope of work includes the provision of professional photography and videography services as agreed upon between “Client” and Triple 7 Collective. This encompasses pre-production planning, shooting, post-production editing, and final delivery of the agreed-upon deliverables.

 

2. **Payment:** Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice provided to the client. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the services. Payment must be made in full before the final delivery of the photos/videos.

 

3. **Cancellation Policy:** In the event of a cancellation by the client, any deposit paid will be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations must be made in writing at least two days before the scheduled shoot date.

 

4. **Copyright and Usage Rights:** The copyright of all photos and videos remains with Triple 7 Collective. However, upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the photos and videos for the agreed-upon purposes outlined in the contract. The client may not sell or redistribute the photos/videos without written consent from Triple 7 Collective.

 

5. **Model Release:** The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary model releases and permissions for individuals appearing in the photos/videos. The client indemnifies Triple 7 Collective against claims about using images/videos without proper consent.

 

6. **Delivery Timeframe:** Triple 7 Collective will provide an estimated timeframe for delivering the final edited photos/videos. This timeframe is subject to change based on the project's scope and other factors. Every effort will be made to deliver the final product in a timely manner.

 

7. **Quality Assurance:** Triple 7 Collective strives to deliver high-quality photos and videos that meet client expectations. However, if the client is unsatisfied with the final product, they must notify Triple 7 Collective within two of receiving the deliverables. Triple 7 Collective will reasonably address any concerns and provide revisions if necessary.

 

8. **Liability:** Triple 7 Collective will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of income, arising from the use or inability to use the photos/videos provided. The client assumes all responsibility for using and distributing the photos/videos.

 

By engaging Triple 7 Collective for photography and videography services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
